At AQE Electronics Ltd, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products and services. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Products (Software, Licenses & Codes)
- Once a digital software license or code has been delivered to the customer, it cannot be returned, canceled, or refunded.
- This is because digital products are considered used/consumed once the code is issued.
- However, if you face difficulties with installation, activation, or usage, our expert support team is available to provide online assistance until the issue is resolved.
Physical Products (Devices & Hardware)
- Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:
- The product is damaged upon delivery.
- The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered).
- To qualify for a refund or replacement, customers must:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.
- Provide relevant details and, if requested, photographs/videos of the issue.
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted after the 48-hour reporting window.
Conditions for Returns (Physical Products Only)
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
- Once the item is inspected and verified, we will process either a replacement or refund (as per customer’s choice and product availability).
- Shipping costs for returning an item may be the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital software, licenses, and downloadable products.
- Physical products that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or alterations.
Refund Timeline
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.
